About Us
Bumpsville is the latest venture from The
West Village. The recently opened boutique in Notting Hill (33
Kensington Park Road – adjacent
to The West Village) showcases an eponymous line of fun and fashionable
maternity wear together with further collections by popular designers
such as Antik Batik, Earl Jeans and Katachi. In designing and
buying for the store we have attempted to create and select winning
items from both maternity collections and main line collections
to create a one-stop solution to effortless, stylish dressing
throughout pregnancy.
The opening of Bumpsville sees The West
Village continue to go from strength to strength. Launched in
1999 by ex-Voguette Lucy
Benzecry, the store consistently wins favour for its eclectic
mix of contemporary womenswear and accessories. The West Village
collection is available at the flagship boutique in Notting Hill
and the concession in Selfridges. The range is also wholesaled
to stores throughout the UK and selected outlets in the US, Europe
and Japan.
